I'm trying to capture from my Nikon D610 into Final Cut Pro X using the UltraStudio Mini Recorder. My set-up looks like this:

Nikon D610 -->Mini HDMI to HDMI -->UltraStudio Mini Recorder -->Thunderbolt -->MacBook Pro (10.9.2)
I've installed the Blackmagic software and I can capture into Media Express without issue. I would prefer to capture into FCP X though. I followed the directions found in the Desktop Video Manual, but I cannot get Blackmagic to appear under the Playback settings under A/V Output like the manual says I need to (pg 21.)
